Don't guess. Know. If you don't know, wait for the market to tell you (while in learning mode). The specific signal for change sits inside Lateral Movement. Of the two possible solutions the market can provide for a non-dominant traverse, which has the market told you to expect? - Spydertrader
Do you mean to suggest that you found some benefit from following the advice to revisit the monitoring portion of the M-A-D-A Process? Shocking news, indeed. - Spydertrader
It is also appears to me that in both cases market signaled Peak Volume before the signal that has been discussed (Lateral BO on increased volume with failure to provide more increasing volume on the next bar after BO)
No. See next response. Peak Volume represents the signal, rather than, the Formation BO (followed by failure of the market to provide more increasing Volume) as you astutely observed. However, both instances do not represent Peak Volume. One example shows a Pace change, but not peak Volume. The other example does show Peak Volume. Which ones match, and why (and why not). - Spydertrader
M is the foundation of all we do. It is nice to revisit and make sure there are no loose bricks in there before continuing to build upon it.
I think you have forgotten to differentiate between lateral movements and lateral formations (nothing to do with your answer, just an observation from you chart). Just nitpicking, sorry .
