Extremely cool annotations! Damn! I could probably learn how to trade JH methods just from looking at your charts for the last 2 weeks. What did you think of 1010 [close of] ES bar? LM on DRV = continuation? DRV = change? No more IRV after SYM BO on IRV on 1005 close of bar = change? Conflicting signals => go to YM. 1010 [close of] YM closed back in the channel. YM had an FTT 1002 [close of] (also OB and IBGS) but it's not clear (to me) whether or not YM moving pt1 to pt2 or FTT to FBO, because the only IRV in that traverse falls on 1002 [close of] bar, which is both also OB and IBGS, and thus making its true color difficult (for me) to determine.
flaw-ish volume ... dip perhaps? close back inside previous bar = lateral movement/formation retrace move from pt2 to pt 3 of steep tape
Unfortunately I was inspecting the inside of my eyelids at this time and was unable to monitor . However, while doing my "catch up" annotating I viewed the close of this bar to be a VE of a Pt3 down channel that had Price close in Lateral Movement on IRV which to me both of which indicate change. Also, the YM 10:02 to 10:06 bars show DRV which also tells me to anticipate change. Additionally, if my COC are correct the ES 10:10 bar is an FBO of an Up channel. Hope this helps.
I really hope this helps, but yesterday there were 4 "patterns", which may have confused you. If we set volume aside, look at the black circles I put in. They each represent the same pattern. I you were to put a horizontal line through each of these periods, you would notice that price is doing an oscillation from point 2 to point 3. You have to have some imagination though, but this should really help you. Knowing price will go " a little bit above the formation, close back in, go down out of the formation, closes back in, then lifts off". Lol, if this wasn't the area of confusion then simply ignore this comment
No I don't think I will as what you are 'providing' does not follow the method, and certainly is not a 'refinement'. So what are you 'refining' here? Oh ok, lets not even follow the method here.
Way to put my words out of context! way to go! Sorry old dog, but your mind is just not as open as mine. Remember: Volume and Price I hope there are no hard feelings there avi, we're just different.
DUH!! That's what is done here, day in and day out, everyday. Thank you for the very insightful comment.
