I'm currently coaching a friend to drive, and I get questions and justifications of his errors that remind me of questions I and others have asked. Bottom line: you turn the wheel, step on gas or on break as required. If you did it too much you reduce it, if you need to do it more you do it. It comes with practice, and there's no recipe or formula how much to turn the wheel, how much to press on the pedals. You monitor, analyse, decide and act, continuosly and almost automatically. In time you learn that some of your early questions made no sense, but in they beginning the seemed crucial.

Isn't that a chubby tape? I was under the assumption, which is also how I trade channels, that a legitimate pt 3 channel must be created with three seperate bars, not 2 pts on one bar like drawn here.
Not sure what you're saying. Tape / chubby tape / channel are the same thing on different fractals. They just look like different things at a given resolution.

I actually dont draw chubby tapes in, I just see them there and wait to annotate the channel if and when it forms. I guess I dont know where I was going with my comment
ES Daily Chart May /20/ 2008 ES daily bar made a LL and a LH on increased volume today closing up off of the lows.
It's like my driving pupil says: "I'm not yet at that stage to care for the wholes in the road", and (it) hits everyone of them. Until recently I didn't know how bad the pavement in my neighborhood is ... Sorry, I just couldn't resist ...
