At least 3 discernible moves contained within a channel, at all levels or "speeds". The levels or speeds are what we call fractals, because they all exhibit the same movement following the PV relationship. A slow fractal consists of at least 3 faster fractal moves, which themselves each consist of at least 3 discernible moves. In practical terms, change on one fractal level will be continuation on the slower fractal if you have not yet had point 3 and peaking volume (on the slower fractal). Where there are more than the minimum 3 moves, this is handled by careful observation of the FBO. Internals collapse into the slower fractal in which they occur (tapes, on the 5 minute). Hope this provokes some discussion.
