  3. Don't we have to fan when price exits the traverse on decreasing Volume? (price exits your first down traverse on decreasing volume)

  4. Thanks for the posts Ezzy, I tried to find those using Search.

    I don't think so nkhoi. In both cases (OB and third inside bar) start over from bar 2.
    Nothing more complicated than that.

    I think Ezzy's posts above clarify Jack's intent.

    Wanted to address your points 1,2 and 3 question. Many times on the initial 2 bar tape there isn't a 1,2,3 movement, just using the bar ends. This doesn't happen only with internals, it can happen on a trending pair too. The OB is considered an internal as well, see the document referenced in the attached for more on that.
