I, for one, am frequently guilty of letting my desires and expectations colour my perception. Not a healthy indulgence, especially when you consider that Monitoring is the bedrock for everything that follows.

Increasingly, I'm debriefing in real-time, and at least once a day, I'll be stunned at how I missed an obvious Tell.

In theory, seeing more clearly should help us annotate more accurately...

  2. Chart.

Not sure about the forrest green channel. It has a big lateral in the middle, so it could be just a traverse.
Also, the last olive up channel could also be a traverse, as it has pt2 outside the previous traverse.

  3. For whatever reasons Magna has decided to leave the pool of drool from teasinggtara in place and that being so I feel compelled to state the following.

It is the mark of a manipulator that they take partial qoutes out of context and then fashion them to their ill-conceived agenda. My decision to leave the thread has nothing to do with anything contained in her potty posts. Rather it has to do with my current need to look more carefully at the relations between money velocity, pace, volatilty and overlap and these researches I will do on my own.

Let me reiterate what I said in my penultimate post that I thank most sincerely all who have contributed to the Hershey method threads and wish them every success in their trading.

  4. Question about fanning out.

When price goes through the RTL, after breaking out a lateral formation(first bar outside the lateral), on increasing volume, do we have change or not, and why?

It all depends upon whether or not the sequences at your trading level have completed.

  7. OK, I quote you in full. Let's get it open and honest - this thread is not providing the answers or even the stimulus for you hang in here searching for lost lines.

Jack has put you in a situation where you have more questions than answers and the B Team told you this departure point was a When, not an If.

But come back and prove me wrong and show SCT working and I will repeat post all over the place that SCT works.

Now you are shooting off on a tangent from one of Jack's tangents - enjoy the ride because when someone tries to save you wasted time and energy and paper money you take it as a personal attack.

Good luck, you will need it.

SPY follows SPX around just like ES does. If SCT is viable, you ought to be able to succeed trading 100 shares of SPY. You'll only be exposed to 1/5 the risk.

They say that Madoff's clients should have known that something was wrong, just from the returns he was claiming. SCT is "offering" greater returns than Madoff offered.

Try 100 shares of SPY on Monday.

SPY offers greater liquidity than ES. They both follow the index. Has anyone ever considered the "gaussians" on the SPY? Why and how can they be different?

As has been stated before, the principles described in this journal apply to any market in any time frame providing that sufficient liquidity exists. The gaussian behaviour on SPY will be no different.
