Opinions are great. They keep us humble when we incorrectly interpret something. What I was referring to in my statement of agreement with 'ehorn's tape rundown' is that speed bumps aside (the 15:05 is a pennant BO), why does the 15:15 not confirm the P3? Then what we are looking for is a break of a tape RTL which doesn't come till 15:35, presaged by the Type I JW at 15:30. lj
I know that you do ehorn. What I'm asking you is why it is so critical to you. The distinct possibility exists that you know something I don't and I'm just asking you what that something is. lj
I have performed those drills, But this method implies Price and Volume. So You cannot seperate them IMO without the addition of other indicators and/or a specific context provided. P.S. I have to give you a lash on your channel addition to dkm's chart (IMO , that is not correct)
1. on my chart it started one bar earlier 2. don't think so 3. don't think so ... try drawing finer tapes and channels (in the generic sense)
... the point was not to use laterals ... incorrectly , but I've also underlined that it was a long price bar that suggested there's some more to follow
No, Spyder has correctly stated that we all know... We just may not have assembled the pieces yet (please include me in this camp for now) But more specifically, because we know the rules surrounding laterals and dominance confirmation. So we can know that if we do not see a confirmation then what we are seeing is something else.
... I disagree with your P.S. ... look at gaussians ... ... that drill's point is not to separate price and volume but to better understand their correlation, and to learn to avoid inventing gaussians based on the perception of how the price moved ... we've recently agreed to keep an open mind
