PFC for tuesday: several of the posted charts have an anticipated down channel (or down traverse depending on how you interpret the annotations) at EOD . Can anyone enlighten me as to why, as I have problems seeing that (with respect to the volume which is mostly black at EOD)?

Tobbe, My read is that we completed an up yesterday morning ending at 10:50 (PV) and followed by a down traverse ending at 13:55 & 14:00 (JW and IBGS w/ IV). We then completed an up traverse and channel at 15:15 which manifested itself in the current down traverse. I am annotating a Pt2 at 15:50 (having the IRV at 15:25 acting as my first IRV). Currently we are moving from Pt2 to Pt3 in a lateral formation. -guava
Thanks Guava. I presume that for #10 and #11 you are referring to the JW Matrix (see attached). For example, a bar could have higher volume, but close inside (change), thus making it a Non-Dom bar? Would the reverse also be true? That is having a lower volume bar that closes inside (continuation) thus making it a Dom bar? The way I'm looking at this is that continuation = Dom and change = Non-Dom. Right? You bring up a good point as I have been uncertain how Mr. JW fits into the Dom/Non-Dom picture. Also, you mention that SOME OBâs reset the count. Which cases are you referring to?
Yes so knowing the context and where we are in the sequence is paramount. For clarification, taking action with JW is always contingent upon context. For example, this is why some get tripped up with an IBGS on increasing volume thinking that it is a signal of change. An SOC has to coincide with context.
If I understand this correct than no. If the bar shows Non Dom behavior than it remains as such. This does not suggest that an SOC has occurred though. It all depends on where we are in the sequence.
