From the country that brought us the original letter of credit, some creative thinking to rival Californiaâs (via Bloomberg): Sept. 8 (Bloomberg) â Italyâs Industry Ministry is considering the possibility of introducing credit âvouchersâ that companies can spend to obtain loans from any bank, daily Corriere della Sera reported, without saying where it got the information. The vouchers would speed up the process of accessing credit, according to the Italian newspaper.
