Sept. 8 (Bloomberg) — Italy’s Industry Ministry is considering the possibility of introducing credit “vouchers” that companies can spend to obtain loans from any bank, daily Corriere della Sera reported, without saying where it got the information. The vouchers would speed up the process of accessing credit, according to the Italian newspaper. Banks that have been asked to make loans, rather than companies themselves, currently have to present a credit request, prolonging the process, Corriere reported.
