Italy Venice Dial Up internet

I am going to be dropping in and out of Italy soon and need a dial up internet service provider. Can anyone recommend one who I can join before I arrive and use international credit cards to pay the bill?

Dialup ok ...but do you mean wireless? Do you plan to trade on dialup or just download the emails?
