(RTTNews) - Italian business sentiment improved in August, a survey by research institute ISAE showed Tuesday. The business sentiment index in manufacturing rose to 100.5 in August from 98.3 in July. Economists were expecting the sentiment index to be at 98.5. Compared to the previous survey, firms have a more favorable assessment opinion of the current trend of demand, while expectations about the stocks of finished products are stable.
