Americans were free to travel to the extent of 400,000 times. That’s not a ban. Trump wants to convey to Americans he took concrete steps to protect the country so he embellished what he did with foreigners traveling from China to America. Bottom line is his ban had more holes than Swiss cheese. The best thing to do at that time was to Institute mandatory quarantine for travelers but he is not the sharpest tool in the shed so we got some bullshit instead.
