Yes, more people disapprove of Bush than any other president. More than Reagan, more than Bush 41, more than Ike, More than Ford, even more than Nixon. The pollsters did not ask the people how they would compare their approval of Bush versus other presidents. Doh! The polls ask if you approve of Bush. The answer is a resounding no. The poll itself is not asking comparison questions. Man, you really are dim... The polls are not flawed, and since the Fox News poll returned nearly the same results, it is not a pollster bias in play.
