TLT nice trendline available. Fib grid scores a perfect hit at 78.6. In earlier post, the Long was closed. But what if we don't have a top yet? Then I exited early. Another thing I see is the 5 waves up from April 6, 2010. This is the main reason for closing the Long and going to the sidelines. Why not go short right away? Not until I see a clear 5 subwaves down + TL broken + 97.64 taken out closing basis Uploaded with ImageShack.us
we gots a breakout bar slamming right into the 61.8% fib resistance. Will it bust thru'? Uploaded with ImageShack.us
Till TLT breaks 100.90,it is still ok in the short term charts. BEN wants to print and buy bonds to push the Long interest rates still down forcing people away from cash. They can not create jobs. After giving Trillions (buying mortgage bonds at face value which is worth only 0.10c-0.15c/$) to TBTF banks, still they are not lending to small business! Mutual funds want to look good on their Quarter end reports and chasing stocks. If stocks consolidate next week,I expect a small bounce or even try for a triple top if stocks swoon.(not likely) <a href="http://content.screencast.com/users/Zeroforever/folders/Default/media/bab89dab-dc61-4e7a-a714-e14af7026038/tlt%20pnf.png"><img class="embeddedObject" src="http://content.screencast.com/users/Zeroforever/folders/Default/media/bab89dab-dc61-4e7a-a714-e14af7026038/tlt%20pnf.png" width="1273" height="723" border="0" /></a> <a href="http://content.screencast.com/users/Zeroforever/folders/Default/media/f3c1c8d9-91d2-4173-b98d-378e6f43012c/TLT21m.png"><img class="embeddedObject" src="http://content.screencast.com/users/Zeroforever/folders/Default/media/f3c1c8d9-91d2-4173-b98d-378e6f43012c/TLT21m.png" width="1273" height="723" border="0" /></a>
Look at both TLT and ^TNX side by side. ^TNX getting ready to throw up a rocket green bar that takes out the trendline for good????
