So, what does a successful trader make? $100K for sitting infront of the screen grinding out for the whole year. Even beggers down in NYC slums can get better returns for their time & effort.

<i>"So, what does a successful trader make? $100K for sitting infront of the screen grinding out for the whole year. Even beggers down in NYC slums can get better returns for their time & effort."</i> Are those audited figures on a statement? (huge laugh) Ripley, you are far too intelligent to believe your own b.s. in this tired, aged thread. There are guys here who make $50k to $100+K per month... and you already know that.

Have you ever actually watched the futures markets trade ? The ES is a textbook example of continual intraday mania and panic. The ES is a lot of things in my opinion, but "effiecient" isnt one of them. It seems to continually move from extreme to extreme.
Thats what "EFFICIENT" means, its UNPREDICTABLE. Goes from extreme to extreme when you (most suckers) least expect it. If it was inefficient and predictable, we'll all be trillionaires.
<b>Ripley</b>, if you cannot find a way to make money trading, why the hell are you even here? I mean seriously, with all due & utmost respect... what attracts you to this forum? If you honestly believe what you write, I respect that completely. I'm also confused why you are amongst people who believe otherwise. I might just as well attend PETA's national convention wearing my "Redneck DeerHunter" t-shirt. What controversy would that ever stir! Hmmm... stirring controversy to amuse oneself... never thought of that motivation
