It Feels Like The Start Of A Mini Ice Age

  1. I must admit jem. You are a good arguer. You approach it as if it was a rock to crack and you find weak points in terminology or tiny errors in speech or testimony. Like all lawyers you don't look for actual truth, you defend a position regardless of it and without needing any justification for defending it. The client pays and you do it.

Of course you know CO2 is a greenhouse gas and higher levels of it will raise temps. Of course you know most of the new CO2 is from the burning of fossil fuels. Of course you know that we can expect to see and probably are seeing the results of this higher CO2 as higher temps. i don't think you are that stupid as not to believe that. Correct me if I'm wrong.

But that would not make a fun argument for you would it? :)

I like how Hurricane Sandy is proof of AGW but the record cold in the mid-west this week is just the weather. Liberals are just too funny.

  4. hey you're right, we could take the weather channel off the air and have endless reruns of "the Andy Griffith show ", "I love lucy" and "South Park"
    instead.

I could use a little global warming right about now. The temp just went below zero for the third night in a row. Yesterday's HIGH was -2. The digital thermometer was at -18 this morning. The high winds have just been a bonus. Good times.

wow you just do not get it.
all I ask is proof that CO2 changes causes temperature to change.

You tell 98 percent of climate scientists saying man made CO2 causes warming.

    Really... test 1

show me one study which proves it.
I am not being a lawyer... I am just asking for proof.

  7. Isn't it though? There was a time when the men and women of science didn't have such a political bias. Most still don't, but not so with those engaged in climate science. They push theory as fact, change and distort data to comfirm their needed conclusions. Real scientists don't do that, but then Climatology has morphed from a science into a religion, so it's no surprise they have a following of true believers. It's not really even a science anymore. It's a belief system based on conjecture rather than fact. Oh the irony of it all for you "intellectuals".

You can start your road to recovery by explaining how taxing Americans for carbon will stop the Chinese from opening new coal plants every 2 weeks? The truth will set you free. It's all politics brother. There is no science anymore, least not in this area.
