If Iran is forced into getting nuclear weapons because of Israeli's threatening behaviour, when they do, the west will cast Iran as being the aggressor.

Yes, this is heading to a brand new parking lot where Iran used to be.

You're also using false analogies. Ukraine did not attack Russia first. Hamas struck Israel and it replied. I've always believed that if you're going to threaten a big guy, you better be prepared for a devastating response. Muslims have attacked Israel numerous times since its creation, each time failing to subjugate them, thanks to US support. This will never waver.

Instead of moving forward and creating viable nations, the Middle East post WWII became a cesspool of Islamic fundamentalism rejecting evolutionary enlightenment as western propaganda. They turned nationalist politicians into dictators who believed they were saving their nations from backward theocracies. The Sha of Iran, Saddam Hussein, Assad all helped accelerate the move towards fanatic fundamentalism with their cruelty.

But the challenge is more complicated in cultures where men's respect comes from asserting oneself over others for dominance. From the hood to the town, the region and beyond, glory has come from jihad, the spreading Islam by the might of the sword to infidel lands. But it's also about asserting oneself as the leader of the pack at home, and Muslims have killed many more Muslims than any other religions.

The Middle East population is young, uneducated and poor. To survive one needs to be tough, tenacious and dominant, much like the gang lands of other similar countries. Young, they repeat Koran verses in Madrassah financed by the Arab oil nations. As teens they want to prove themselves and join the first armed group that will let them in. Those who survive are respected in their communities, it is the pinacle of their aspiration. Respect and fear get them what a job in a factory never will. And the world turns.

And that was my point, Ukraine forgoes it's nuclear weapons and Russia attacks because it's defenceless.
Remember I mentioned about being brainwashed by the west and the church (both collude together).
Maybe a little history lesson is in order.....

The history of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict traces back to the late 19th century when Zionists sought to establish a homeland for the Jewish people in Ottoman-controlled Palestine, a region roughly corresponding to the Land of Israel in Jewish tradition. The Balfour Declaration of 1917, issued by the British government, endorsed the idea of a Jewish homeland in Palestine, which led to an influx of Jewish immigrants to the region. Following World War II and the Holocaust, international pressure mounted for the establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine, leading to the creation of Israel in 1948.

The establishment of Israel, and the war that followed and preceded it, led to the displacement of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians who became refugees, sparking a decades-long conflict between Israel and the Palestinian people. The Palestinians seek to establish their own independent state in at least one part of historic Palestine. Israeli defense of its own borders, control over the West Bank, the Egyptian-Israeli blockade of the Gaza Strip, and Palestinian internal politics currently make the Palestinians' goal out of reach.

Zionist ambitions were increasingly identified as a threat by the Arab leaders in Palestine region. Certain developments, such as the acquisition of lands from Arab owners for Jewish settlements, which led to the eviction of the fellaheen from the lands which they cultivated as tenant farmers, aggravated the tension between the parties and caused the Arab population in the region of Palestine to feel dispossessed of their lands.

The west, (actually nigh on the whole world) brainwashed by jewish religion, will always take the jewish side in conflicts.
Israel feels "entitled" and bold and protected, so goes from bad to worse.
You know how spoilt little brats behave? That's Israel and the west are right behind them wiping their eyes, nose and ass at every turn.

The Balfour Declaration was a public statement issued by the British Government in 1917 during the First World War.

The declaration had many long-lasting consequences. It greatly increased popular support for Zionism within Jewish communities worldwide, and became a core component of the British Mandate for Palestine, the founding document of Mandatory Palestine. It indirectly led to the emergence of the State of Israel and is considered a principal cause of the ongoing Israeli–Palestinian conflict, often described as the world's most intractable.

How you just glide over this...Turks controlled the land for 400 years (1516), treating the Philistines with the same courtesy they did Armenians and Kurds.
Oh, and before that? The land was controlled by the Egyptians (since 1250). And before that? The land was under Assyrian control (yes, Persians). So.... When was Palestine even defined? At no time in history until the modern era as a counterweight to Jewish aspirations to their historical land, validated by The Balfour Declaration.
The only argument that stands any historical validation is that various Muslims powers occupied the area, were Jews lived, as was common throughout the Middle East and North Africa for centuries, including Druz, Alawites, Yazidis, and numerous other religions that continue to exist today.
Simply, Muslim elites and religious powers cannot get over that a piece of land in the Middle East isn't Muslim. Their efforts to return the land to Islam has failed over and over again and they've made an obsession of it. In reality, no one there cares about the Palestinians who have become a thorn in the prosperity of the region. No country in the region allows Palestinian immigration, it's hypocrisy at its worse.
