But with that said, when I see reputable journalists that have no dog in the fight reporting what they have seen with their own eyes... I'm gonna go with them over you for now. For what it's worth, I strongly believe the United States could have easily given Israel the weapons it needed to destroy the potential nuclear capability of Iran as the U.S. has given Israel many other weapons for multiple decades now. Oh wait, Israel has its own "bunker buster bombs". Thus, the U.S. could have not involved itself by using "bunker buster bombs" on Iran. If I remember correctly when I served, Israel had similar like bombs to blow up the deep tunnels in Palestine via something called the GBU-28...5,000-pound weapon, and now a GBU-72 that the Israeli Air Force use their F-15s to drop the bombs. Therefore, it's possible the U.S. became involved when we realized or heard reports that Iran was targeting the Israeli hospitals although Israel has been known to target Hospitals in Gaza because they said they had intelligence reports the hospitals where being used by Hamas. The Hospital bombings has always been a tool for creating mass anger and condemnation from the world by both sides in the past. It's been that way in all Wars in the world...a tool to gather support and to get other countries involved. Simply, I do wish the U.S. had stayed out of it because Israel and Iran have too long of a history of trying to kill each other off and will continue to do so for many more decades long after we're buried or cremated by our families. Thus, why did the U.S. get involved when Israel has the capability to do the same type of "bunker busting bombing" although with different types of planes ??? I thought heavily about the above question and then remembered we still have military bases nearby Iran with our elite military units from the Army, Marines, and Navy...Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Israel. Those locations serve as hubs for air operations, naval deployments, and intelligence gathering. Maybe there was intelligence reports that the public is not aware of that those military bases were in danger from an eminent attack...it's happened before in the past long before the Gulf War. P.S. Israel does have nuclear weapons and I do not believe has threaten any country with its nuclear weapons. Iran has threaten Israel and the United States to use other types of deadly weapons on U.S. soil via their "sleeper cells". We've had "sleeper cells" in North America since I served. Today, it would be foolish of me to believe they are no longer here but I do not believe they entered the U.S. through the southern border under Biden as Trump wants us to believe. Sleeper cells have been here long before Trump and the operatives have entered the U.S. under the administration of every U.S. President including the Trump administration.
