Uttar Pradesh... 240 million people in India... has ~5% vaccination rate... and its Covid infection rate is statistically ZERO! How can that be? IVERMECTIN! (You know... horse paste.) The government started dispensing/treating with IVM right off the bat in the Covid crisis. So... why don't we have IVM for Covid treatment in the US? One reason is that IVM won't make Fauci and Big Pharma wealthier. (Cost of a 6mg tablet of IVM as paid by the WHO... $.02, so I've heard.)
As noted many times before Uttar Pradesh was in complete lockdown and is still under significant restrictions. It has nothing to do with Ivermectin.
Read the Ivermectin thread...your answers is there about why / how India lowered their Covid numbers and it was not via Ivermectin. Hint: Take a look at Sweden declining Covid numbers due to similar strict restrictions plus increasing vaccination because the people believe it's their civic duty to be vaccinated. Ivermectin was not being used in Sweden. India sits around +14% fully vaccinated as of September 18th. P.S. Ivermectin is being used by some in the United States...the data mainly consists of anecdotal evidence by users of Ivermectin in the United States or someone citing data from another country. In the meantime, the United States does have approved antiviral therapeutic treatments for Covid that are widely used in hospitals including free treatment centers in the southern states. wrbtrader
it had nothing to do with lockdowns... they failed as expected by all thinking people if the goal is to prevent infections... So you take 71% antibodies and figure in all those who no longer had antibodies but fought off the infections... you are looking at almost everyone being exposed in spite of masks or anything else. you are left with herd immunity... as far was we know. Israel has low vaccination rates among its Orthodox Jewish population and Arab population. Of course the children under age 12 are not vaccinated. This news should not surprise anyone... 40% of new COVID cases in Israel among Arabs, 40% children Some 6,456 new cases were diagnosed on Sunday, with only around 5% of the 126,000 people screened testing positive — one of the lowest positivity rates since mid-August. https://www.jpost.com/israel-news/4...israel-among-arabs-40-percent-children-679871 About 40% of people who tested positive for coronavirus on Sunday were from the Arab population, according to data released Monday by the Health Ministry. At the same time, about 40% of the total new cases were children under the age of 11. The two data points likely go hand-in-hand, since, unlike Jewish children who started school on September 1 but have largely been at home for the Jewish holidays, Arab children have continued learning straight through. “There is an increase we are seeing in recent days,” said Ayman Saif, head of the Arab desk for the Health Ministry in an interview with Ynet. “Our education system is completely open and the students are studying normally this month, and most of the morbidity is in the schools.” He said that “quite a few classrooms” are closed and children are in isolation, which has led to an increase in testing, and logically more hidden or asymptomatic cases of coronavirus have been found. In general, the Health Ministry reported 6,456 new cases were diagnosed on Sunday, with only around 5% of the 126,000 people screened testing positive. This is one of the lowest positivity rates since mid-August. There were 714 people classified as being in serious condition, including 194 who were ventilated. The number of serious cases has largely remained stable at around 700. Nearly 70% of serious cases were unvaccinated, according to the ministry’s latest data. At the same time, 80% of those hospitalized in serious condition in the last month were over the age of 50.
as I said your number includes people who are not eligible. the number is much higher as haaretz stated when you look at those eligible.

The improved situation in India is due to severe lockdowns and restrictions. It has nothing to do with Ivermectin. Your charts are a guideline showing that the U.S. should copy India's policies and completely lockdown to address Delta Covid. As noted before on this thread, Bihar and UP were both in complete lockdowns until mid-June. In mid-June restrictions were lifted only slightly. Everyone needs to realize the Bihar and UP were in complete 24 hour per day / 7 days per week lockdown. Of course COVID cases dropped during this very restrictive lockdown. They are still effectively under significant curfews and restrictions. Bihar lifted the complete lockdown in mid-June but still kept a nightly curfew from 7 pm and 5 am in place. Also government and private offices in Bihar were allowed to open with 50% attendance till 4 pm. Shops could remain open till 5 pm. Also private vehicles to ply on the road and said that online classes can also operate. In UP from the June announcement - “There will be relaxation in coronavirus curfew in all the districts of the state from Wednesday onwards, from 7 am to 7 pm, for five days as the active Covid cases have come below 600,” an official state government spokesperson said.
