Exactly. There is vast if unexpressed sympathy within the muslim community for terrorism. In the middle east, they danced in the streets after 9/11. Not many muslims are prepared to commit terrorist acts, but they support them, with donations, assistance and just keeping quiet about what they see and hear. The idea that bin Ladin was excommunicated from islam is also preposterous. He was more popular in Saudi Arabia than the titular head of islam, the King.
