Isn't debt ceiling deal lose lose?

  1. You don't raise the debt ceiling you default. That's a no-brainer.

However this new deal not only strengthens the dollar but it also inhibits growth.

Someone care to explain how we're going to grow without reckless spending? :)

For once it seems we're reining in fiscal policy. I just can't see this as very bullish.

  2. Still not looking good. Deflation on the way. QE3 only going to lead to stagflation IMO. We've got rates as it is. Surprisingly the FEDs purchases are looking good.

  3. Deflation......................"It's not a dirty word." :p

  4. Umdr the deal framework, spending goes UP, not down.

  5. It's getting dirtier though.....

    This is a no-brainer
