ISIS-Mama suddenly wants to come home

  1. Oh, my bad. I thought you made the point a couple times that the kid was "entitled" to come here. He is not.

Of course the left also has an argument as to why anyone, anywhere in the world who is in a tough situtation is entitled to come here. They are not.

  2. You have problems reading because of typical righty stuff. Go back and look at everything I wrote. Let me sum it up for you.

If his grandparents are U.S. citizens then yes the child is entitled to come here under the U.S. law if they sponsor him to protect the child's welfare. I know GOP is the party of law and order but I guess only if you agree with the laws... Rahter than prove what I said is wrong you got "entitled" stuck in your anus.

Unclench and respond to what a person says, not what you think you hear.

Yes. A child needs his mommy.

The "grandparents" have already proven to society they have absolutely no idea how to raise a child properly.

  4. Ahh, no. He has no entitlement to come here via the status of the grandparents. The point has been covered and you do not agree with it so I will let you be off on your own little trip there. They may be entitled to apply for or request certain things and processes but they are not entitled to a specfic outcome guaranteeing that he can come. Anyone, anywhere is entitled to request anything. The child of an american parent has an absolute entitlement to citizenship. No such absolute entitlement exists via the status of the grandparents who were naturalized later.

The mother has rights too. She gets to have a say in whether her child is - pursuant to your plan- exported to the U.S. You are getting ahead of your skiis here and projecting on to the mother what she wants if she can not come here, which she can't. Now she has to regroup and her plan does not have to be your plan.

  5. We see this pattern over and over. Parents come here as refugees or immigrants. Some are grateful. Their kids are not and turn to radicalism. Wake up. We don't need these people. We have enough problems. Why import them?

  6. Actually under the law, a person born in the U.S. is entitled to U.S. citzenship. That has been the law for many many years...has nothing to do with the parents, grandparents or cousins. Just geography. I did not write the law so complain to Congress.

I already said she should not be let back in and STRIPPED of her U.S. citzenship. This is a better legal position that cannot be challenged in court and is clean and neat.

My focus is on an 18 month old child that should be STRIPPED from his mother. If there were U.S. citizen grandparents then they could apply for sponsorship and bring him in to protect the welfar of the child. It appears the grandparents are NOT U.S. citizens so not an issue.

You keep Smolletting everything I said.

  8. Her father was a diplomat and was given diplomat status according to the State Department. Applicable immigration laws and treaties clearly specify that diplomats are not subject to jurisdiction of the U.S. within the meaning of the Constitution and this is settled law, and thus she was not born as an American citizen. I am not going to litigate the conclusion of the State Department here, and have no problem with her trying to make a case that he father was not a diplomat even though he was here under a diplomatic visa. If she can make her case, go for it.

But that is a different argument than saying that she is just a poor isis bitch with a son who is entitled to be here because the grandparents later went on to become naturalized citizens.

No doubt your lefty lawyer ilk will throw massive resources at her, because they have an immediate hard-on for anyone who hates the U.S and wants to come here. I refer to the mother here. If you have information that the child was born here I would have to hear that.

  9. Got you......Smolletting you is so easy haha

By the way...she was issued a U.S. Passport... amazing how you overlooked that didn't you.

So how did she get a U.S. Passport then? Where in the Constitution is a non-citizen allowed to get a Passport?

That is why I said it was stupid of Trump to say she is not a U.S. citizen, he should have said she was STRIPPED over her U.S. citzenship.

  10. I can get a first year law student to litigate the State Department here:

A State Department spokesperson said Wednesday evening that Muthana "was not born a U.S. citizen and she has never been a U.S. citizen."

Was she Not a citizen when she was issued a U.S. Passport or is not a citizen now?

I repeat it again.....Trump's has asshats working for him supported saying she was not a citizen. All they had to do was say "Based on her actions she renounced her citizenship and we stripped it from her"

They cannot even get this slam dunk case right. By making a stupid claim, THEY GAVE HER a CAUSE OF ACTION in court. Stupid stupid stupid... watch a new statement being released in the next day or so that shie is stripped of citizenship.
