ISIS-Mama suddenly wants to come home

  1. Holy Shiite, ISIS Mama took it up the bo-bo on this one.

Judge rules she is not a citizen THEN GOES ON TO RULE THAT HER FATHER CANNOT SUPPORT HER OR JIHAD JUNIOR WITHOUT BEING PROSECUTED FOR PROVIDING MATERIAL SUPPORT TO A TERRORIST.

Whee. That is brisk. I did not see that second component coming at all.

Judge rules ‘ISIS bride’ Hoda Muthana is not a US citizen

  3. El Cocho, you dissed and dismissed each and every legal argument I made in this case, and in the end, thanked me "for playing."

Can you give us an update on this, Lad? When did she return to the United States per your legal arguments and projections? Where is she now. She was going to join her parents in Alabama or Arkansas as I recall along with Isis Junior. Is she there?

Oh, I see. She is still in some hell-hole camp in Syria or one of the shit-hole countries. Nevermind.

    Giggle. Thanks for playing motherfuck.

  4. What the fuck are you babbling about... i said she can have her citizenship taken away. that is not wrong. depends on whether the U.S. wants to do that.

I think you are confusing me with someone else you were arguing with.

    Apology accepted.

  6. YOU: you cannot lose citizenship

ME: Posted legal examples of where you can lose citizenship and have it stripped from you.

    ME: Correct...

  7. Wrong. My argument was that you cannot be stripped of your citizenship without an intention on the part of defendant to have the despicable acts be proof of intent to give up. She committed the despicable acts included in the statute but asserted that is was not an intent to give up citizenship.

    ME: Correct

ME: Also correct about how the court would interpret her citizenship claim based on the circumstances of her birth while the father was still on record as being a diplomat.

YOU: Wrong on both counts. Confirmed by the fact that she is in Syria and not in Arkansas.

Thanks for playing. If you were a doctor, you would be right about everything except your patient died. womp....womp..womp

  8. Actually, I think she is still scheduled for a hearing out in 2024 or something. womp..womp..womp. But is considered to be a non-citizen petitioner which puts her back in the line. Good, maybe we can bring her back and execute her along with the other two Isis scumbags that were brought back today.

  9. you are smoking crack...

I dont give a shit what she asserted... a defendant can assert anything only an idiot would believe. it.

You: She did not assert her intent was to give up citzenship.

ME: funt is facing serious charges of course she is going to claim that, only an idiot would believe that is her excuse now.. no wonder you are buying it.

So when a defendant says "It was not my intent to kill the person" you say "OK she said it was not her intent."

You are digging a deepr ignorant hole for yourself.

She joined ISIS and ripped up her passport. Prosecutors can claim she meant to give up her citizenship. Prosecutor has FACTS. Bitch has "WAH WAS NOT MY INTENT.."

You are kind of slow on this subject.

    HEY EVERYONE.... TREE's ARGUMENT IS:

THE DEFENDANT SAID AFTER SHE WAS BEGGING FOR HELP FROM U.S. THAT IT WAS NOT HER INTENT...

holy shit...please tell us you are trolling us right now... no one is this ignorant of what a defendant claimed haha
