Is WikiLeaks a Terrorist Organization?

Discussion in 'Politics' started by NY0BScalper, Nov 29, 2010.

  1. The patriots here need to look at the facts:

#1. Wikileaks accepts voluntary submissions without compensating the submitter. The submissions are fleshed out and published on their site.

#2. Wikileaks is a news publishing organization.

Calling them a terrorist organization or even accusing them for engaging in espionage is not supported by fact or circumstances. Their purpose and mission are clearly stated on thir website.

The people who copied and submitted the info to wikileaks may have broken laws. Journalists have a duty to protect their sources and a plethora of case law already exists.

NY Times published the leaked data as well as numerous other "reputable" news organization. They have copied this data onto their servers and are hosting and serving these documents.

NY Times, its editors and employees that are US citizens and under US jurisdiction would be accomplices, conspiring and aiding and abetting with wikileaks based on theories presented in this thread.

If the feds want to test the courts they should first prosecute the US news organizations. Unfortunately the feds need these organizations as their propaganda machine...
