  4. Now , it seems that the UK may also be going into recession.

Yes. That's perfect. "we are fighting a recession over there, so we won't have to fight a recession here"

  5. Is he the same person who had made millions and lost all in the depression? He is said to have committed suicide due to the loss. So, does that say that the depression was so bad that it made people commit suicide? However, is the present situation that bad?

  7. I was intrigued by this name and looked up internet, and found interesting information. So, he is considered among the greatest Traders, the King of the Speculators, “Boy Plunger”, the “Great Bear”, “The Wall Street Wonder ”and the “Cotton King”. He made and lost millions in a span of three decades. Moreover, he is blamed for the 1929 crash and had played a major role in the markets from 1917 to 1940.

See the following links for more information of him:

The following lines speak a lot about him:

“Ironically, Livermore sometimes did not follow his rules strictly. He claimed that lack of adherence to his own rules was the main reason for his losses after making his 1907 and 1929 fortunes.”

Moreover, had found this link real interesting, as it speaks a lot of many successful investors:

'Republicans' argument is that jobs are aplenty but people do not want to work.'

Majority of folks can work only a single job or 1.5 at the most. So Republican are talking out of their rear exits.

    Repulicans are Idiots! :D

Same as the lying BS from John Majors Conservative Governement in the recession '90's.

I was in a tailors in Savile Row a few years later when Major himself walks in. For a few seconds I debated what the penalty would be if I smashed him in the face, and if it would be worth it. I was brought back from these thoughts by the look of horror on the cutters face - he had obviously read my mind and was scared something bad was going to happen.

If anyone is in a tailors and Bush walks in, don't miss the opportunity and regret it for ever after.
