I'm not sure what you're on about Bob, the thread I mentioned is littered with similar updates. It's true to say that such statement are very rare, but not non-existent.

  3. I've gone back n forth with a few pm's with bob and have concluded his desire to trade further is dead so no sense in wasting any more time trying to prove to him it isn't.

It is one of the hardest professions , no denying that . Those very few who adapt well and love the game enough will not die.

i'm not saying they are non existent. i'm saying that i newer saw one here(besides my own, posted above). just simple screen shoot from ET's favored broker, showing some consistency over the time and a lot of trades(important, for distinction between buy and hold at this crazy straight up bull market)
the reason i post this particular one is because i didn't made any withdrawals from it for this period(which will look like a huge draw downs on chart). everyone is guru here, making millions, yet i never seen any proof of that in this simple form. :)

mmm.you can say that..or..it's like an attractive chick back in a day..the harder to get there-the better, more challenge. but once you f** her-you lose the interest. it should be familiar experience for some folks,no? same between me and market :) i f** it up real good back in a day. it's was interesting times, wild volatility, high stakes. now it's like a dead sea..or marriage after 50 f** years..BORING. and i'm not interested much in it anymore. i'm not even interested in making money in general.. not sure why.midlife crisis? or this very long and cold winter?:D

Makes me think of the Plastic Tortoise. He was still posting on his deathbed.

    Or Tampa.

  7. elliot wave was created to create the appearance of a working strategy, you used it to hide your real strategy. fund managers did. then some people actually used it. The creators must have been laughing so hard.

  8. Hi Bob, I know what you mean, but your statement doesn't satisfy me. Not that I'm skeptical about you, but I'm experienced enough to know you can have multiple accounts and the ones not shown could put your overall trading in the red.

What would satisfy me is posting a tax return or a tax bill because it's a federal crime to fake or alter those and what idiot would commit a crime in order to impress an anonymous audience on a message board? But I haven't seen any tax returns or tax bills posted on this site in the 12+ years I've been a member. Using your logic, I would have to conclude that no one else is making money overall in his trading.

If you have experienced getting an unannounced knock at your door from a field agent, I doubt you would be so quick to post anything that could help pin down your income on a message board. Be happy about your own results and see this place for what it is. Trust me, there is nothing to be gained by revealing how much you are making to all but a select few.
