I like the idea of trading but im short on money for many reasons , i try to learn as much as possible from free resources , i have very good understanding of variance and money management because i play poker too but im not totally sure about trading strategies , i just guess that any strategy with a very small capital would have like 100% risk of ruin unless i get insanely lucky , am i wrong? unlike poker is it like impossible to climb out from worthless to decent capital? if you think its not impossible can you recommend a way to do this climb? Ps. i also dont think im a good candidate for loans or stuff like this.
Is trading only a hobby or job for the rich? Perhaps the best game for pastime and entertainment! Plus sometimes unexpected excitements! lol
If you're serious . . . Developing a Plan (the process is the same, regardless of the path one takes, and they all require a lot of testing).
after researching the net a bit , i noticed that i am capable to start trading forex , i think it offers the most flexibility about your first capital? i cant find something similar for stocks , i like stocks more but well i think i will start my practice with forex.
Remember: the better your starting edge, the less starting capital you need. Work on getting a great edge as much as getting capital.
Forex is okay open a demo account, practice atleast placing trades and SLs for a bit, then put $50 in trade smallest lot size possible, till your making profits. Then scale up account slowly.
