    It's gambling because most things in business is gambling.

    LT Investing - you make a bet that the company will continue to make money in the future.

    Running a business - you make a bet that your potential customers will buy your product instead of your competitors product.

    Trading is a professional business. Just ignore the ignorant.

    Trading: Algos, Valuation formulas, etc
    Games of Chance: Roullete, Slot machines
    Skill Games: Poker, Bingo, Blackjack
    Financial Betting: Binary Options, Spread Betting, Fantasy Games

    Then all homeowners are gamblers as well. They fool themselves into thinking it's an investment. A home is a consumption item and you're betting it might rise in price as well.
