not sure exactly, new to trading, so trying to find that answer

 

In fact, if one has an approach where a "win/loss ratio" makes sense (at trade level), he surely has a wrong approach and is losing $$$ ;-)

 

is a calculated risk...not gambling? or Gambling ..what say you?

 

for many, trading implies odds and risk and edges...

so yes, op... for many, trading is gambling...

Of course trading is not gambling. Anyone who believes trading IS gambling, should stop trading immediately! (Gambling is for fools, looking for a thrill.)
