Is tradestation suited for "hardcode" daytrading ?

    I don't trade through TS, but I do daytrade using their charts. I would say they are ready for that. Cannot comment on their suitability as brokers, since I never had an account with them.

    Oh yeah......I guess if you're JUST paying for charting from TS, they don't owe you the courtesy of a timely response. LOL.

    Its already been pointed out on other threads that you will get a much quicker response to many questions using the forum. That's why the forum was established.

    Used it many times.
    No problems.
    Very prompt.

    Im not saying the forum and TS itself isnt without it problems.

    But let's face it what broker is trouble free.

    Yeah....Understood. Seems like their CS just isn't up to par though. See this thread: "On Hold For 30 Minutes With TS". Check the comment by ddog on page 3 (3-24-04 01:24PM). They even had a rep on that thread today apologizing for the poor service. I don't really have anything against TS in particular. Just making some observations.
