Is TrackTrade a good brokerage firm?

I am thinking of opening an account with this firm. I would appreciate it if anyone can tell me how reliable is their systems and the quality of their customer supports. Thanks in advance.

I can say myTrack technical platform is very reliable.
User interface is simple, nothing fancy.
Technical customer service so far has been excellent.
