If you’re not yet rich from this knowledge, how can you say you learned a lot? Or at least learned something that’s actually useful? Apologies in advance if you actually are.
Yes, he tried to explain every trade and the reason for it. Maybe he didn't have time to do this all the time, but it was the general idea. Sometimes he would share the chart to show the setup, but this was all before the youtube channel. I wasn't really watching anymore when he started streaming on youtube, but I imagine there he would have showed even more.
If you join his telegram you can go into his resources tab. In there he has all the pdf's for each of his strategies.
You may have missed my point. The problem for a neophyte is that he may think he’s learning something valuable when in fact he’s not. Trading is a very marginal business. Close enough may just not cut it. You really have to know what you’re doing at all times and stay out when you don’t. Simple, seemingly. In practice, very difficult.
Anyone knows is Trader Tom Hougaard coming back live trading for the public again on YouTube (?) or it is closed forever now ? His vacation should end soon I read before. There is penty of volatility in the markets right now, his trading should be excellent then, that is why I am curious to know and asking here.
Please take the time to watch this recorded seminar!!! You will save yourself time/ money… don’t waste your hard earned money chasing a dream that isn’t real. The trading industry at our side at the table is a setup, lie, it’s false and full of corrupt people that want to take your money. How? See for yourself: Who am I? Why I’m I posting this? I’m a middle class guy living in Sweden. With an alright job as a salesman at a premium car dealership. Getting restless I wanted to make more money and have more freedom… Then.. I was sold the dream.. it started with AndersTrading, copying his trades. I am a complete novice, meaning, no experience or education in finance. Growing curious about him and really started to “dig” I saw a video that made me withdraw my money and look elsewhere. An unregulated Broker scared me.. I found Tom trough a recommendation trough a customer that isn’t trading anymore. I’ve followed TraderTom for a couple of months, trying to copy his trades and principles to be able to apply them by myself. I don’t know if what I’m being taught, is actually bullshit or real. As someone mentioned before in the comments.. According to the link I just sent above, I think that TraderTom is a red flag. If you don’t have the education, how can you be sure that you’re not being sold bullshit and lies? I will get out of as a retail trader for now, get a proper education OR just quit, haven’t decided yet. The video hit me hard, but judge for yourself..
Of course he is not legit.... I am a futures trader but these are my findings on this CFD debacle Points of interest: 1: Just read up the reviews on the CFD broker he trades (td365) who are a bucket shop registered in the bahamas. 2: In his 'live trading' YT stream look at the URL he is trading with on a 'cloudserver', it is a whitelabel URL that seems custom to him (yet cunningly redirects to TD365 if you use the subdomain as a main domain (easy to do). If you search for other TD365 videos another bucket shop broker is showing off their own custom white label TD365 powered URL which proves this is possible. 3: He has never ever shown an audited trade record. Without a legitimate (futures) broker audited statement anyone saying their profitable is , erm, dubious.. 4: He sells some silly candlestick course and of course his book(s) oh and his free signals on the shady telegram (I checked these and they were all duds lol). I have no doubt he is an affiliate for the broker he uses ** disclaimer I am a futures trader but am making some YT videos about forex scams so do due diligence on these 'traders' 5: He trades candlesticks only on a bucketshop CFD broker. Lol. Seriously please do not follow this guy anyone who is listening. 6:He trades CFDs. This alone is a massive warning that he is not profitable and is trading demo. As if a bucket shop that clearly outlines in their trustpilot replies that they never put orders to market and always take the other side of the trade ; will take these alleged large orders. just. lol Some of their trustpilot reviews https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/td365.com?stars=1 "As soon as i started making money and growing my account largely weird things started happening, the chart was getting laggy very often, every time i was opening a position for a quick scalp in my favor it would get denied of entry sometimes the chart wasn't displaying the same closing candles i was seeing on other platforms and because of all this issues happening too often i slowly started losing my profits and giving them back to the market, same thing happened with 2 other accounts, at the beginning everything nice and smooth no issues with the platform but as soon as i would get to a good amount it's almost like it would trigger a switch or as if my account gets flagged for doubling in size and all the bugs and glitch start happening, very strange and dodgy i can't trust a platform that has so many issues and i'm not going back to it." "Platform frozens and "your operation cannot be executed" when it's in your favor" "If you want to avoid losing your money If you want to avoid losing your money, it's best to refrain from joining. The CFD has a fluctuation of 0.9 to 5, depending on the time, and is often associated with misery and conman like Tom Hoougard" "Very easy to deposit funds. Almost impossible to get them back. I am coming up for 2 months since I started the withdrawal process and still waiting. Bit of a worry. Look elsewhere" " Scam artists Scam artists. Have on several occasions been unable to close a trade and have to wait forever on the online chat for a customer service rep manually close it for me...they then refused to reimburse me. Have been unable to amend a stop loss. They 'apologize' for the fault and say they will 'pass in on to the tech team'.....yeah right....how you can trust your money with a broker like this??? Faulty apps and they don't admit fault? What kind of joke is this company???!! The prices vary from the actual indices it is laughable. I have seen DAX trading over 30pts from what the actual index is trading at. Absolutely ridiculous!" READ THIS ! Let me tell you something. If you are good at trading, you will know that this company is a one big scam. If you are bad at trading, they love you. Here is the truth behind their business model. This is a conversation I have had with them. (This is what I have been claiming them for, so this is me writing) Our position are not being forwarded to a real exchange: That's quite correct. You are trading a "spread trade" or a "CFD". Both of those products are synthetic derivative contracts that you trade direct with a broker over the counter (OTC) and they are designed to mirror the underlying market. We are not an exchange broker and you do not have Direct Market Access to the exchange through us. We are a price maker. We offer a CFD or Spread Trade in a particular market and allow you to buy or sell the market at that price. ////////////////////////////////////////// This review continues on Hope that helps to any newbs out there. Rule 1: Dont trade CFD Rule 2: Dont trade CFD Rule 3: Dont trade with bucket shops Rule 4: Dont trade CFD Rule 5: Dont believe anyone who has not got a real audited futures track record (big broker audit) Rule 6: Don't believe anyone trading 'live on YT' Rule 7: Online futures plop shops are all scams. Real futures prop firms with risk managers and a track records are not of course. Just the well known online ones. Again read their 1star TP reviews which are all removed within short time as Trustpilot allow paying businesses to delete negative reviews.. Rule 8: Don't believe anyone trading on youtube is truly a top level (futures) trader . Nobody is going to give their edge for free to an unlimited audience. Rule 9: See rule 1 Hope this helps.
