Either some desperate manipulation taking place, or there's a confused algo on the wrong end of the bids

 

Or Tesla is about to confirm/deny the leak.

 

Will trolling with "corporate leaks" be protected speech, or will the SEC clamp down if I profit?

 

I think it would be unprecedented for the SEC to prosecute a company for its leakers unless Musk leaked it on purpose.

I read a week or so back, that they think the reason the batteries catch fire is because the components used in the batteries are not mixed at the proper ratio. At least that was one of the comments in the story.

177 a share, mkt cap 31 Bil... I do not think they are getting more funding in Q4, nobody would be suicidal enough, even at extreme junk yields of 12-14 %

 

Tesla's future is going to be interesting. Existing car companies have a stake already, so they'll potentially absorb Tesla.
