Because that is a certified copy not the original. Its the date the copy was issued. Probably issued due to the divorce of his Parents that was filed in 1/64 and finalized in 3/64 Common for judges to request BC to verify father for support purposes. John
My biggest concern is that you are spending to much time on ET trying to spread your message. In reality there are probably only 100 people here. Thousands of aliases to be sure, but only 100 actual people. You need to go wider...door to door, hold some rallies, and do some teabagging for the love of all that is holy. Try to get on the AM radio. You can do it. GO! Spread the word!
