I was doing a search on Google, and strangely this came up. http://www.patentstorm.us/patents/7469226/description.html I have read this thing and I still don't understand what the guy thinks he has patented Trading attracts as many crackpots as people that think they have squared the circle, or invented a perpetual motion machine, etc.
This guy is out of his mind if he thinks he patented this but after the Lawsuit TT won for their ladder view of quotes nothing would surprise me.
unfortunately, we let people patent every random thought in their head. As long as it is well-described and unique, anyone actually inventing the same thing and actually selling it in the future has to give the dreamers a cut...
