    since monday is a holiday, will there be trading in the usa?

    Cash Markets

    • Stocks
    U.S. stock markets open.

    • Bonds
    No government bond trading.


    Futures Markets

    • CME
    All interest rate and foreign exchange products will be closed for pit trading. Equity and commodity products will observe regular trading hours for pit trading and GLOBEX2 electronic trading.

    • CBOT
    CBOT® open outcry Financial contracts will be closed. Daytime a/c/e Financial contracts will be closed. All other contracts (Agricultural, Stock Index and Metals) will have normal daytime open outcry and/or a/c/e trading schedules.

    Electronic a/c/e trading re-opens at normal evening times.

    Trading will closed in the following MidAm contracts: British Pound; Canadian Dollar; Swiss Franc; and Eurodollar. All other contracts will close at their normal times.

    • NYMEX

    Will observe its current modified schedule.

    • NYBOT

    Will observe its current modified schedule (except Dollar Index).
