That is so true. Use MT4, it’s good with most scripts. Almost all the eas are coded with C language and work well on MT4. Algo trading is the way to go!
I have been using ActTrader and find it equally compliant with plugins. I have used them on two sites till now: Avatrade and fxview, and with both I have not had any issues using EA on acttrader.
Best strategy is the one that makes constant money, which is none. So be vigilant on what’s happening in the market and according to that keep working or modifying your trading strategy.
Use demo accounts to find out a profitable strategy for yourself. Different strokes for different folks.
Research on your own bud, master the practice of 2 leading and 2 lagging indicators, that’ll be enough.

I’m experimenting with bollinger bands for now, I always use MT4, currently playing around with few new indicators on fxview’s demo, otherwise I generally stick to RSI and have used them across a range of brokers - IG, XM, CMC Markets, ATrade, but always on MT4.
Yes, no one else can tell what strategy will work for which trader. And there’s definitely no need to waste time understanding all the different tools of trading. It is better to know fully well the functioning and workings of a few.
