If you want to make sure no one steals your money, burn it.

 

Put all your money in a treasure chest. Then burry it on an island, then go home and draw a treasure map and then put that in a treasure chest and burry it somewhere else. Then go home and draw another treasure map to the treasure chest holding the map and go burry that somewhere else.

Keep doing this until the entire inhabited earth is filled with your treasure chests with treasure maps leading to the only treasure chest filled with your money.
