There was a few years ago, but the ones I know of have sense moved on. Are you looking for a floor to learn on or just a place to trade? Why not trade remote or open your own floor
An actual trading floor is pretty much the thing of the past and I wouldn't get too caught up with being "local" as everyone trades remote for the most part. Find a reputable firm and I would advertise around town (local paper, websites, etc.) to find some like minded traders to form a group or your own trading floor.
