Is There any Software that Records Videos made by Camtasia?

I would like to record some trading videos that I see on the Internet that are produced by Camtasia. If I try to record them with Camtasia, I only get sound and no video. Is there any software out there that would allow me to record these videos?

 

Can't you just save the file and play it back?

 

Check your video acceleration. If it is set to high you can't record the video. Set it in the middle. If it is the media player causing the problems, go to the media player and open tools. Find the video accleration and set as above. Then try recording anything on internet, should work.

 

Unplug for the Firefox browser might do the trick...

I really don't exactly know. I just went in and started pushing buttons and finally it started working.
I should of been documenting the changes I made but didn't. Sorry.
