I have been with IB for more than 10 years, I always think about changing to other broker that, like IB, provides direct access to the exchange, e.g., sending orders directly to DRCTEDGE. there was a broker called genesis in nyc that provided such business with very low commission, unfortunately it was closed. any other option there?
For active traders like me, Lightspeed doesn't disappoint, nothing is perfect but they do the job well and their service is extremely fast and personal.
