Is there a way to have 1Year candlestick Periods?

you need to put the data you want to plot on an Excel sheet and then chart it with candles:

 

How can you get the data though?

 

Export it from TWS (look in their help for details) and then open it up in Excel using wizard to make sure it is formatted properly.

There are plenty of youtube videos covering this.
