    never asks for money down? a prop firm that provides the training and access to capital, without asking trainees to provide 5k as an "insurance policy"?
     
  2. First New York Securities has a great training program, and they pay you while you learn. You would be an employee, and they have a pretty rigid screening process.

    Swift Trade doesn't require capital. Not sure about Schonfeld any longer.
