This one does a pretty good job for a free one - their live streaming is usually close to real-time. Just got to get used to navigating it - the charts have some clever features.

No.

 

If you want MT4 data then tickstory is really good (doesn't have futures data though)

 

Not free, but the cheapest one - www.anfutures.com, about 6-10 USD per year. The data is of limited list of products, unfortunately. Looks good enough to start learning markets.
