I subscribe to all of the above including the Bloomberg ECO page. Let me tell you, 5 seconds before shit goes down, IT IS MOVING. Would not be hard for the SEC of CFTC to hunt down Futures operations that are doing this and figuring out their data feeds. Pretty simple, but never been done. Anyone remember that Payrolls leaked to fucking YAHOO finance 3 years ago?

Somebody always has it before, but none of the regulatory agencies really have any interest for some reason. I mean really, how hard would it be to track orders entered before a number.

The playing field is never level. Just another example. Good Luck.

EXPECTATION of the news relative to positions is what moves the mkt more than the actual news unless the news itself is a mile off the EXPECTATIONS.

Like someone said earlier, trading news, reports or whatever you call them is a fools game for new cats.

I do trade a couple of reports release but it is more for kicks and is NOT in the trading plan. A report comes out, some like it some do not, some adjust positions up, some adjust down.

Watch price and work the retraces or sit on the porch with the small nervous yapping nervous "snake food" dogs.

Almost time to get started, have fun.
