Hopefully everyone has noticed that with the merger of ISLD and NASDAQ you can no longer hit ISLD's on downticks. Anyone think that Arca will follow suit when it's merger with they NYSE is finished?
Umm... that's because you're trying to get short on down ticks for stocks that aren't on the reg SHO pilot list. If anything, this list will probably expand and eventually include all stocks.
