    Ah, so you'd be OK with spending billions of dollars to arrest someone with possession of cocaine.

    That brings me back to the ROI question. Since you are OK spending essentially any amount for any criminal whatsoever to be brought to justice, ROI isn't something you care about.

    not really, the point is to discuss the topic at hand, no entertain every segway posters wish to go on, otherwise we wouldn't have sub-sections and/or thread titles. This is quite a common standard in most internet forums w/the exception of ET. Vanz went on ignore for being a habitual line stepper. You may get your wish once I'm done triggering you. On my timeline, not yours though. ;)
