Just wondering if anyone on here was able to become a Pro/Prop firm trader without having to join an LLC, but instead work with a regular type of a corporation (Inc, Ltd, etc.)... Is there any way to setup a deal where you can become a member/employee/contractor of a B/D that is not an LLC and still get the professional leverage? I need to know this because of certain tax issues for someone who trades offshore... Thank you!
Someone mentioned HLVCapital... Anyone has had any experience with them? It looks like they are not a B/D and their website does not say who they clear through... They are probably a member of another LLC who is a B/D...
