Is the CBOT down?

My YM quote moved down to 11,330 and it shows some profits on my account. But, the connection is still down.

 

I am a day trader and not supposed to carry anything overnight. How do I get out of my position then? I mean.. its not like I can call in to my broker..

 

If YM were to open now it would open down around 11260.

it makes me want to reseach why the dow was the short to block today. or is it about stifling a commodity run with metals opening strong and the dollar getting seriously slammed

 

Their is nothing you can do, I am stuck to. I belive this is intentional. Es just went red.
