  4. see Thread title: ....... resolution expected soon, day, or days. Be patient.

One must understand the perspective of BEAR. Wave 2 is where BEAR expects the maximum number of recruits i.e. gullible sheep to enter the fray and climb on board preferable with their life savings. Wave 2 is a akin to a sugarcane juice machine wherein the sugarcane is run thru' again and again several times to extract ALL the juice. There is literally no wastage allowed. That's Wave 2

Furthermore, Wave 2's optimism and glee often rivals that of the all time top. go figure. Its should not be this way but it is.

It is during Wave 2 that BEAR plays the gullible ones to the max. often taking them to extremes f euphoria they never knew existed and levels of glee never seen.

When Wave 2 completes, then and only then the BEAR reasserts the primary trend. this will shock the daylights out of the oldtimers at ET.

  5. see vote count and know this:

the old timers here at ET have not voted. They will not engage. But they show themselves to me every now and then. One by one they show up. And it is THEY who would skew the vote count to 100s in favor of bull market underway.

How do I personally know that this is the way they vote if they were to vote?

History of ET tells the story loud and clear. THEY are always wrong at major turns. Except for Handle 123..

This is nothing unusual. The general public operates this same way. ET oldtimers are no different than any other HERD. They think as ONE and operate as ONE, there is almost no individuality. the individual is counted for nothing in preference of the group.

This is why Ken has called Overnight the best poster. He is 100% an individual and does his own thinking. But alas I wish there were more old timers who were independent thnkers.

In today's session it appears that the Mickey has now taken me into his firing sights. It will be interesting given that this lad has bloomberg do all his fighting for him and therfore never voices his own opinion. Its always what bloomberg said. Damn shame. Screaming sign of a Beta Male.

For newbies this is a great opportuntiy to learn what a major market turn does to ET. so that in future you will not follow these old timers to your death over the cliff at the next major market turn.

Learn boyz learn, learn before its too late :)

  6. see thread title:

one thing that nobody has noticed here is that the bear rally or new bull market has gone straight up - not a single correction to speak of. Its true test will come on the first correction if any. Can it just continue up without correcting? No! Every bull market must have a wave 2 down.

There is not a single fella her who is smart enough to realize that despite my losses I can still generate yuge profits during a wave 2 correction and then exit all shorts and let the new bull if so, continue higher. Nobody thought about this, nobody saw this. What does that tell me? Their understanding of markets is only intellectual, not deep in the bones and bone marrow.

the greatest sin a trader can commit in the market is to be UNDERCAPITALIZED

The 2nd place contender is so puny as to be insignificant.

  8. see thread title

The Great Depression bear rally retraced standard 50% (yawn!)

The financial Crisis of 2008 bear rally retraced standard 61.8% (yawn!)

    See how easy it is?

Once the daily Macd got below the 0-line and the 200-day was taken out after the bear rally, the reversal was confirmed and the original trend reasserted itself

If this were engineering school I'd send everyone back to 1st to repeat the entire year and then test viciously for glibness. This place is glibness in spades to the nth degree. Nobody knows doodly squat :):D
